What to include
Include the email address you used to sign in and a short description of what happened. If your checkout page showed a support reference, include only that short reference. Do not send medical records, identity documents, card numbers, or passwords.
Billing and access help
If checkout is pending, failed, or you believe a charge happened without access being unlocked, contact support before retrying multiple times. We will use the checkout provider record and your account access state to investigate safely.
Medical safety boundary
Support can help with product and billing issues, but it cannot provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or medical clearance. For severe pain, numbness, color change, fever, rapidly worsening swelling, or any symptom that feels urgent, contact a clinician or seek urgent care.
