Fracture Recovery Companion collects the information needed to provide the product: account sign-in details, onboarding and recovery profile answers, payment confirmation from Stripe, plan progress, and messages you choose to send to the AI recovery assistant.

How we use information

We use this information to check whether the product is a fit, generate and display your educational recovery plan, process access after checkout, answer focused recovery questions, improve reliability, and protect the service from misuse.

Payments and AI services

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers in this application. AI questions and related safety checks may be processed by third-party AI service providers so the product can return a response.

Your choices

Use only information you are comfortable entering. Do not use the product for emergencies or enter unrelated sensitive information. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information where available by contacting support through the product channel you used to reach us.
